One way to find out is go to an area and just click around and see how you do. At 91, Isn't BI for the lvl 90-95 area? I'm an old timer (Game-wise) so forgive me.
If you are able to kill things relatively easy and they don't kill you in 10 hits then it seems to be a good area to bot (I'm assuming that what you plan on doing right?). Although, BI then may not be the best spot since that seemed to be the big place to be back in the day.
If the Lab still exists then that's always a nice place, very nice exp and usually not all that many people there.
Could give that Mystic Castle(Is that the name, that DC place with bats and minotaurs?) place a try, although That's where I leveled my Tao so not sure about damage and whatnot.
