If its not Korean client, PackManager should do it. Just need correct files.

Use very powerful tool known as GOOGLE for searching.

I didn't understand almost anything what you're trying to do. Are you trying to unpack the Dekaron KR client?

If so, just delete the data.hd from /data folder and then use the data unpacker tool (by Merovingian).
