This update consists on the addition or enhancement to the way users will see each and every game that can be acquired through the Steam client. Basically, with this update every game will have it's own HUB, which will emphasize on user created screenshots, videos and Steam Workshop items for the title, this while making it easier for the community to discuss their favorite games.
The Game Hub is one of multiple new features included in the update, and Valve will release new info on one feature per day for the rest of this week.
