also i have install flyvpn and its work but slowly and limited

they filtering proxy server without matching ID of your own. you can just look that all up in their launcher with an hex editor

You need a korean VPN, which is not already blocked.

i have a korea vpn .. i use fly vpn, can you tell me the ip from kts?

Well, dunno, but as misterd said, it seems that they blocked proxy IPs.
