Account with alien company

Yes - I've tried using the search function. But I'm either dumb or blind, so I didn't find anything :)
Does anyone have a tutorial of how to make a new account with alien company? Or is this bug not working anymore?

if ur ship r from "alien" company they dont attack u, so u can go to 4-5 and kiling ubk :D
