SRO client hang

Hello there
I'm here with a little question for you
I'm opening a local server(for testing edits, noone is allowed to log in)
and i start the server perfectly
however client hangs on the loading screen like this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i have asked on skype to other people, and 3 of them told me to change gateway port, which I did but still no result

It would be nice if someone helps me out with this

can you show only screen of gateway server and your config file...
maybe ip in gateway server isn't right. even if you set up in cfg it can be wrong so you have to use sr_patcher 1.06

well, i had this problem before, try replacing your txt datas with any working 100% medias and it will work .
i've done this

Yup. It happened to me when I edited the skilldata%.txt, try to use clean DB and media as well, still not sure >.<
