Range Hack

I've been trying out this method

1st = First you start shaiya.
2nd = Start Cheat Engine.
3rd =Search Results List process until you found Shaiya.
4th = Open it. Scan type: Unknown initial value.
5th = Do First Scan and then go back into the game and use range buff.
6th = Back to CE Value: Depending on your buff stage 1.2 or 3 because you give a 3.4 or 5.
7th = Scan type: Increased value by ... then next scan.
8th = On the left side double click on the 5.
9th = Now try to change that value in 20 or 30 and you will have som fun. works on all servers.

But it doesnt seem to work.
It gives me whole lot of found adresses and value's.
Now i tried it, by first using a lvl 1 buff,
increased value by 3
than lvl 2 buff , increased value by 1,
And then it gives me a smaller amount of adresses with the value of 4.
But than, when i use the lvl 3 buff, none of the values change to 5.

Am i doing anything wrong?
Or should the question be. Can you range hack?
And if so, could anyone make a tutorial about it?

Range is a server based property.
So changing the number value wont do it, because that number has to be sent to the server but it never will.
Dont rely on Cheat Engine for anything other than speed.

You shouldnt even be really using Cheat Engine for anything really... Just means you need an advantage and you will never learn how to pvp to your best ability.

It is allowed to open more than one char on the server I play on, I would be glad if you could help me with the program.
