How do i edit the CPs icon?

Hey elitepvpers community! I was wondering if one of you guys know how to edit the CPs icon.. :D If someone know, Please post a link to another guide or just tell me.

Use photoshop and the Nvidia DDS plugin to edit them, if you dont already know how to use photoshop heres a quick guide:
