C12 skills

Anyone has any idea how to get over the "problem" that some skills stick to c10 0% thus you can't use the c11/c12 books that actually exist to upgrade them?

As anyone that participated in Immortal/Vagabond events knows, all skills have c12, but the 2nd role active/nukes/buffs don't have books (in our version at least), so it's limited to 1st role skills that actually have books for them, like EW heal and 1st role actives.

It's a sure thing that it can be done, because quite a few people got the hammer for it in GC Tao before a certain GM took over...

Got any more info on it? I mean like was it hearsay or 100% proof (you were buffed by a c12 yy or bs buff), because I was following GC USA a while and never really heard of this.

All the Immortal chars from Immortal event had c12 YYBS, was either 600+600 or 800+800, quite nasty, especially when they were stacking 6-8 of them...

I was one of the Acclaim Vagabond event winners, so yeah, c12 2nd role actives are real, quite neat too, put a vaga almost on par with the dmg output of a clan warrior w/ c10. We also had c12 vaga LF, it was about c10 advance clan LF.

But those you can't get anyway normal, it's a GM thing.

If you remember, case you're not too new to 9D, c11 LF didn't always work, it wouldn't go past c10 0%, despite the fact that we were getting c11 Expert from quest. Then Indy "fixed" it to go up, prob because of the heat people were dishing out. Even then, if you read description, it says something like "Tome 1 of 2". Guess what "Tome 2 of 2" is... Ofc they rather sell courier passes and summon balls.

The c12 EW heal showed up one some guy that SS'ed himself back in G1 or GC. Dodo had cursor hovering over ew heal stats and it showed around 400/cast more than c10 does.

The c12 1st role actives also moonlighted in Tao (you can guess who was using them), reason is obvious if you understand 9D's dmg mechanics.

From what someone let slip back when, in KR is a common thing to glitch it so it goes up. Nobody was too forward with giving detailed info, but apparently it involved some NPC in base. Which and how, your guess is as good as mine...

If there is book for it, in the case of EW then maybe there is a way, but yeah what I meant was the yybs's dont have books and therefore hard to accomplish, but not impossible.

There is a video of a viet using C12 lightfoot the 9DVN (the 2012 one) and that bot nuke which is also available for wutang nukers. It sure as hell isnt CE (tried all C12's at acclaim - was client side only) and there is no book for it (lf).

Mind boggling. Maybe he fooled a GM into giving him C12 lightfoot (cried in support or something) and that skill.

I wanna know how you get c12 1st role actives .....or use the c11 / c12 books when skills get stuck at c10 0% for any skill I usually make all skills maxed anyway. Some books are missing to for the skills that do go c10 100% like the scale buff for hybrids would be epic if it goes to c12. Im sure there are many other skills like that as well.....

but yea how do you glitch it so that you can read the books that are available for skills to go c11 / c12 when they are stuck at c10 0%.........i bet this is another glitch/hack that wont be leaked for a long time unless someone here decides to start to dig in.
