Too those who have skill hacks, i only know of 2 at the moment. But im just curious. I know that the actual cooldown is server sided.

because even tho my skills say they have no cool down, they still have to wait.

Can actual skill hacks be achieved through editing the client?

Yes it can through Cheat engine but you gotta get the cast time on olly dbg once u find the asm then u can fin it on cheat engine but it is possible
