hey i am looking for an i changer program i know the program but i have forgotten the name

Details :
1 . when you download it is comes in a rar , zip file
2. when you open the program it opens internet explorer by it self

....

or auto hide ip

you can just restart your router if you have dynamic ip..
or download hotspot shield
