I'm talking for the Private SRO Section,
Since there are lots of private servers around there, some people don't know / want to draw attention by creating their pserver advertisement thread in Questions section, instead of Advertisement subsection. Mods lock this thread so that threads can be seen until they got moved to 2nd page, and at that point user achieves what he want. So the thread should be deleted instead of locking.
