The official NFSW forums, Twitter, and Facebook forums are not mentioning anything about accounts being banned.

Drew ever mentioned about banning hack user(on twitter). he said EA ban hack user every week, but i've never heard someone post a screenshoot of his account getting banned. if it's not your prime id, it's ok. but if it your prime acc? use it carefully. for something like accel,handling,instant Powerups , don't use it on your prime acount.

someone in this forum ever said there's system recording when we use hack, i don't think that exist. but, if you check driver profile (from garage). you can see your longest TH Hack. and it's a record. i don't know if EA have record of it. i have mistake, my longest TH streak shows 1218 ( on my prime acc). im just hoping not to get banned.

Just saying, maybe other bans are related to, cheating in mp, others reporting you.

They are banning some TH hack users, because it is affecting their boost sales (card packs). They only will ban some to see if the others have afraid and stop with that hack.
