because its a private server speed hack + critical + good damge on horse = death in seconds thats why they made the drop rate so little

Do you really want guys lvl 1203 whit Millitaryhorses and everything+9? no.
You level al lot faster whit a Armedhorse or a Millitaryhorse and whitout out its very fast.
Imagine whats going on if everbody has Armeshorse.
