Vsro without Hamachi

Hello Guys.
I have a big question about the Server
I hope anyone can help me,i want my Server without Hamachi and dont wanna buy a VPS or Root.
My PC have 32 GB 1666 and I7.
I try it with no-ip.org but it dont work (cert dont start) Can anyone give me a little Guide ?
