1. No, ur actualy NOT allowd to bot, but u can bot and hope u dont get cought at higher lvls.
2. Yes, depending if the pserver offers it.
3. Depends on the server.
4. SjSRO is Of atm, they have somekind of hardware problem, and we dont know for how long!

From what I've heard it will be released this half year, latest date is june.

Im extremely bored waiting for these servers to come on. Why cant they just have 3 hr inspections like iSro. Im waiting for Phoenix, Fembria, and sjsro. Its really pathetic they say it would be up like in 24 hours and that was like ages ago lolz
