All should be working for all servers :) Tested few days ago

This works for all of them, just change the beginning part to "gb2".

The Independence design doesn't work on non-USA servers, just encase anyone was going to try it ^^
It takes you money but gives no design.

kami would you be able to add the rebate, doubler and loyalty sms packs? it be great if you could please :D

But it's not possible to buy them via SMS. You can buy only uri for SMS :)

Kami i guess some are fixed with last game update or you can get it only once. Tried to get box doubler and it said - no more available. Last time i tried it worked.
