How to Remove Item optlvl > 30

Hello all !
I have more item optlvl greater than 30 . I want remove all it (item optlvl > 30).

any help will be greatly appreciated and will gain my utmost respect..lol

Delete "Table name" where "row name" = 'your optlvl '
Without "
