Script For NPC BUff

Hi All The admin of my server search the Script For Create a Npc Buff
You can Give it please?

(Soon The server Go in Dedicated)

If a server dont have who know , there is no reason to run it (no offense)

If you're good adm, you can made it by yourself.
I have never seen before something easier as LUA scriptin'
And a lot of good servers has their own buffer scripts and buffs is differrent on a differrent servers.

like for example Space server is coming with a no world buffs but a all buffs at hv (for more challenge)
