Help needed leveling 90 chars

Hi all, i need an advice on where to level my 9x toon. I just came back after a long pause...so I have no HH armor or BS armor/stuff.... where should i level?? And another Q... i see the first title to get in BS is to complete the quest 10 times....which quest???? Ty dudes :)

9x toon ....secret dungeon or BG till lv 97 than go in heavens hell on 108 mobs.

for BS... u need finish any quest where u are...

btw @ Stuntman01 u do know ur 90+ toon CAN'T enter BS.

its not like CF where u delevel. u can only enter BS with a toon thats at that specific lvl for the BS floor i.e 20-30, 31-40 . . . etc

oh and wot Benzo11 said, if u have access to SG, go there, if not BG. thou not sure if u can tank the 108 mobs without some HH parts. Helm/Top/Hands most important, Bottom and Boots can use Elite with water stones in NP.
