DiffieHellman VS SSL VS RSA ?

Sorry guys maybe i am totally miss understand SSL but this is really my 2nd week stuck at the same point ( i want to make sure that my client is connected to my TCP Listener NOT to any other FAKE server ) and i dont know how to achieve that

SSLSTREAM seems that it has no guides other than the MSDN sample

RSA & DH can be intercepted by MITM attack

SO how could i secure my program at least 90% from any MITM attack that may END with a crack or a virtual server that makes any one logins with any FAKE unpaid account

Please i need your help i am too confused and i dont wanna my whole project to be suspended for the security reason :( .
