Looking for a PHP coder to work with. Business Proposition

Hey EPVPers,

I am looking for someone well versed in HTML/CSS/PHP other coding languages accepted too. I want to develop a CMS for private server websites. I am a graphic designer and I can handle HTML and CSS but I am very new to PHP. Then we offer to do custom Skins for the CMS.
