Hello. I am a lvl 102 sorc on Zian server trying to level in hh, but I have no HH armor. I have 80% fire res, and 53% phys res. I have a 92 wand +1 4/4 ashtal, and full buff (no bg buff or giant) i have 6.8k hp. It seems like I should be able to level there, but when i try to level on lvl 99 mobs i die. I took the advice of Insignia(awesome lvl 111 sorc) and pulled more mobs in order to get more convert, but still died because they had a 1k dot attack on me. Does anyone have any advice on how to get hh armor without spending a lot of money, or how to farm hh materials without dying? Thanks!

dont att the mobs with dot if you wana farm materials best mobs are the flame mages but they reduce your cast use ranger buffs and you wont have problems farming there

As Stolica said, even if you have 999% res, you won't survive the DOT from Fire mobs, i recommend you to skip Fire world and go to Water world (Mobs lvl 105) I'm sure you'll be abble to farm and lvl way better there.

Since you obviously didn't read the link I put in your other thread...Quote:

First of all, buy some hp meat at the AH if you can't afford giants.
What rings are you using? Any type of blode would be helpful to die less.
Elite armor set: look for block on your boots, cooldown/all stats on your cap, cast on your gauntlets, convert/hp on your garb (4 slot!) and resi/defense on your kilt (3 slot!). Stick 1 dmg conversion stone in your garb, 2 water stones in your kilt (+ a resi) and fill up your cap/gaunts/boots with them aswell if you don't have 80% yet. If you do, stamina in the cap. The ele resistance is more important than physical resistance in HH.
When you get to the point where you can take on the lvl 106 mobs (the mages, most people poop their pants because they use antimagic), here is what you do: when you are gathering the mobs, use a 20m distance skill to pull the mage close. When pulling it from a distance, they don’t antimagic you. Et voila, no having to pick out mobs in between.

When you get to the point where you can take on the lvl 114 mobs, it get’s tricky. These mobs debuff your air resi, which WILL get you killed. It *****s to say, but you are going to NEED ranger buffs to survive here.
A small note on obtaining your HH gear: sell the materials that you have to spare, buy fantastic stones from the ah, create armor, if not for you > sell for materials. Gets the ball rolling pretty fast. Cap/top are most important
A nice tip is to include zone of terrible corpses in your pve bar asap. When the mobs are 100% slowed, use it and most of them will be unable to move or hit you.
