but I was wondering if there is a VPS with windows that had time to test for botting
and if so, what name? if possible also wanted the site.

It would be much better if you could buy VPS , they start from $10/Month .

Reliable, and you dont need to worry about some ban or VPS restriction etc.

For botting?
For botting you can ask Kamieniarz.
