Searching for a PVP server :)

Hello pplz ~
i'm searching for a PVP server 100/110 cap ( NO ELIXIRS IN NPC oR GRINDING )
elixirs are sold for only Arena coins or maybe other method
grinding = 24/7 botters
elixirs in npc = alchemyroad
with Free Silks :) ( i didn't leave isro to play another isro with the same
0 silk .... also i can buy avatars .. reverse etc .. not everything removed and sold for other things and saying free silks .. )

English community plz :)

not 2000~3000 ppl full of shits ... inactive and racist GMs also using a different language in Globals / notice ... if the GMs like that .. how would be the players ..

there were 2 servers i joined like that .
first was infinity cap 100/110 they were both great :)
infinity went down cuz they were selling Arena coins for $ which u can buy SUNs for
many donated .. ppl start leaving due to overpowered suns against NPCs
all left were donators about 20~30 ppl .... even donators started leaving..
2nd one was perfectroad it was pretty cool really i liked it
elixirs can be bought only for arena coins .. no alchemy road thingy
arena is only party to prevent multiclients
but it went down due to low community + no enough money to pay for the host
wish something like that appear again T.T
