Can some give me some guides in building a blader, wizard, etc...

I just started to play Cabal and i dont know how to build/upgrade my character, like wat are the dex and wat are the points for, and how do u get new skills. so plz help me out thanks

blader : DEX and STR alot , INT just for armor requirements
wizard : INT alot , Str @115

I don't play other classes ^^ ....
