FBot: Uridium Wars (ERROR)

Dear Pilots,

Can u tell me what is the meaning of this
" : Input string was not in a correct format. "

I really need a help for This Bot,

By the way, my Computer is Windows Vista. So i think it can or cannot play bot here in my computer.
