Can't freeze and change address value

Hey guys!
I'm newbie in hacking.
I tried to hack cabal private server and got a problem.
I found an address and try to freeze it but it still change though I have already frozen it.

Why it still change?

in freezing a value you need a loop.. infinite loop sort of..
