WHAT the hell to do with this error message?

Keep gettin this error message, tried with hex editor, Divisioninfo_Editor, IPInput .. What the hell am I doing wrong?? pk2 from "vSro 1.188 client"

There 2 IP Input progs ;) for each .pk2

and if u running server u cant lunch the game from launcher !!! :)

After long time, ports were wrong in edx, but now its workin.
