Good afternoon everyone, this topic is for people who dont have a website or registration page or already do have one but want it changed

so just request a HTML or PHP site tell me what you want on it , pictures , etc. and i will try to do my best to make it =]

Hey, could you make me a basic PHP Reg site, i would like a homepage, reg, top players and downloads page. Would like the design to be sci-fi/futuristic with site name Cell Online - main colors green, black, white and other colors of your choice as long as the fit.

If i like the Design i may ask for more :)
