Can user accounts be created through SMC?

I don't think it's possible only if you do a extra tool for it.
Why don't you simple use DB to create :P

Can silks be added through SMC?

Yes, you can create accounts through the SMC, right click on the empty space of the security<user security plugin:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then fill everything:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Silk cannot be added through SMC.

Another question: how to modify item + through SMC?
