i have 7 pilot point and i reset it and after i put them i refresh page and i lost 1

You put it in the right area? It can make a big difference.
UserID is found at the top
Gamename, is your name.
Username is usually the same.
Language, its best to use the server you play on. Hope it helped.

same e-mail but in subject you put Ticket number 2012080310034528
