[Help] Coding involved in a Shaiya Private Server

I would just quickly like to know what kind of coding is involved when creating a Shaiya Private Server. For example is it PHP Coding, C++ Coding etc.

• HTML (just for your website, unless you want to create it using already created layouts or C#)
