This is a BMWM3 GTR with a Bmw M3 GTS spoiler , he use ArtMoney I think ..

I tried but it isn't

It was BMWM3GTRE46 folder. They deleted it very long time ago. BMW M3 GTR E46 will come with new geometries i think when they will released.
