I refer to the above caption.
It has come to our attention that WorldStream has acted as a hosting provider for an unauthorized content entitled “MerKury2”, a multi-player online game derived from Metin2 (hereinafter referred to as Product). Tec Interactive Pte Ltd, is the Trademark Licensee for Metin2, and in 2009 licensed the Product from Ymir Entertainment Co Ltd. Information of our rightful claim as follows:

MerKury2 which appears on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] is essentially identical to our Product and clearly used the Product as its basis to operate an

Unauthorized private server. Our engineers have tracked the IP address of MerKury2 to WorldStream hosting center in The Netherlands. The IP addresses of MerKury2 are “109.236.87.81” and “109.236.87.91”.
The content publisher for MerKury2 neither asked for nor received permissions to use the Product as the basis for publication nor to make or distribute copies of it.
Therefore, we believe that your client have willfully infringed the Dutch Copyright Act (‘Auterurswet’) under the provisions of Council Directive (91/250/EEC) of Jan 10, 2003 on the legal protection of computer programs (hereafter referred to as Software Directive) to assist in hosting MerKury2 game server.
Having the above said, we kindly ask that your organization cease the services of all infringing work derived from the Product, and that you desist from this or any other infringement of lawful rights in the future.
If we have not received an affirmative response from you by August 4, 2012 indicating that your organization have fully complied with these requirement, we shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation.
