Outlook or Windows live

Hey guys, Microsoft has launched Outlook.com (Yes, the same mailing system that runs on every Windows platform). This is should supposedly compete with other email providers like Gmail.
The interesting thing is that you can use your Windows Live data to log in, and you have a copy of your emails, contacts and whatever you had on there.
Outlook offers a pretty sleek look and (personally) a better management experience than Windows Live.
So, naturally, this is a fun topic to talk about.
What are Your opinions?

I'd say Windows live is the better one.
They are going to release new updates with better features I heard.

Meiner Meinung nach Outlook da es ein viel besseres Bild hat, eine schöne Domain und ich mir endlich eine [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] machen kann, da es meinen Namen anscheinend oft gibt und der schon fast überall vergeben ist. Auch auf allen Live Domain's.

Ich benutze es auch meistensn nur für SponsorPay oder so was, da die Registrierung eben ziemlich schnell geht und die Accounts nicht einfach gelöscht werden.

Windows live ist viel Besser :D

outlook.com is better because it's more simple and has less adverts than windows live.

I have to say that i tested Outlook already
and i find it way better that the live option provided
I always had problems with Live in the last months(attachments, connectivity) , but with outlook, all those disappeared.

aaaahh .. u should read more .. outlook.com is going to REPLACE hotmail.com / windows live

With the release of Windows 8, hotmail.com and the live mail system will be removed from MS and there only will be outlook.com | outlook client for win8 ..

That would be correct, as it was said by Microsoft, what they are doing is a transition so that windows live will no longer exist and will be replaced by outlook.com, right now they are keeping both working, yet windows live will be taken out, yet I have not heard any specific date for this matter.

I would believe a better question to ask is outlook.com vs gmail now
