[v83] Looking for coders & designers.

ℓNTRODUCTION:
Hi! I'm starting my FIRST Maplestory private server, and it will be v83.
Because it is my first I will be needing A LOT of help.
I need as much help as I can get.
The server will be hosted on a 4gb VPS & I plan on getting Gtop once the server get's started.
The server is NOT coded and isn't up because I believe that a successful server requires plans & ideas.

ℓDEAS:
However, I do have ideas for the server, and I would love for someone to help me achieve them.
♚ Working rings that are attained by finishing the tasks given.
♚ Relationships/Marriages
♚ V.111 hair & items
♚ Custom WZ edits, such as chairs, items, and maps.
♚ An incentive for maplers to come and stay; like a storyline.
♚ Basic features for any server.

℘OSITIONS:

❥ ₀/₁ positions are taken for Web Designer.
❥ ₀/₁ positions are taken for GFX Designer.
❥⁶/⁶ positions are taken for Beta Testers.

ℛequirements for most of these positions are:
