I managed it once before to dupe an item. But i dont know how to redo it.
How i did it before (3 Mirage,...its an example xD it was something better than mirage^^):
The theory is to have an announced servershutdown. One char is beeing logged out on time, while the second char doesnt get logged out on time. The second char gets a roleback cause he didnt log out on time.
My Story:
The char who was carrying the 3 Mirage was standing infront of adc westgate. Then he got killed by a Guard. (since he was red and not very smart^^).
The 2nd char was at adc bank. Then the admi*n announced a servershutdown with a 120sec counter. So i took the first char and hit back to nearby city. i ran to the 2nd char and traded the 3 mirages to him. By the time the countdown was down to 40 seconds. I forced Logout the 2nd char that just received the mirages. While my 1st char who just traded away the 3 mirages didnt logout on time. He got the message "Link has been disconnected".
When the server was up again the second char still had the mirages in Inventory. So far so good. When i also logged in the first char, who if u remember gave away his mirages to the second char, he was still laying infront of adc westgate DEAD. So i just went back to city and checked my inventory. And the 3 mirages were still in there. this way i made 6 Mirages out of 3.
I have tried it a couple times after but i couldnt get it to happen again. But in some servershutdowns when i was connected with 2 chars it sometimes happened that one char got roleback and one didnt.
Now my question: Has anybody had made the same experiences before? And if yes have u found out any similaritys? Like how can i force it to have on char having a roleback.
