[Request]something about datebase...

hello guys i wanted to ask

if i want change mob drop of d10 mobs
example:
mobs 91~93 droping items d10 normal
if i want change it to drop only start items
so every mob drop sos items....
atleast i mean change mop drop from normal item to rare drops (sox)

after searching in google for like 50 sec found it

better if u dont know what i meaning shutup as well

or want to add special drop

mate if u can understand me i want change mob drop from normal item to rare items only...so im not able to add every ID monster to more then 50 ID item (weapons-set-accoeris)eu,ch

may other idea
how i can up rate of sox item to 100% or 99%?
