Looking for Decent 100 / 110 Cap PVP Server

Hello everyone.

All I see in PVP servers are 120 cap! I hate 12 dg and 13 dg. I'm trying to find a decent 10dg / 11dg PVP serve but having no luck.

Anyone point me in the right direction?
