Server commands

Hey guys .. im actually new to CO p-server adminstration .. and i actually created my own p-server and its working fine .. but i was wondering how to use commands and how to change EXPrate ... when i write a command nothing happen [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
... so i hope someone would tell me how to use GM/PM Commands ..
and i also wanna know how to change EXPrate to fit my needs ..

maybe that isn't the command ? maybe its @cps /cp /conquerpoints etc.

i tried alot of other commands not just cps's one .. i got it from the master guild tutorial ... please tell me what to do ._______. when do i insert the commands .. in the chat normally or in the MySql commands ?

No mysql commands are for editing the database etc, game commands are another thing, just google mysql or so, and as for the commands I've replied on your pm, hopefully that will help.
