my account "radnou" has hacked, by FreestyleeRR, he wants to buy my epvp account and ​​says me to change my email address and he Gives me the money.

Go to the Complaint area, and post that your account got hacked. If you post enough information, I'm sure that you might have a good chance that you could get it back.

They do try and help the best you can.

ip bans dont do much anymore... if you have a router like mine (dynamic router)... a quick restart on the router removes all ip bans lol (not that i've done anything wrong)... only way to push them out of epvp would be to ddos them...
