for example, if I able to delevel my char to 1lv I can use it to new buddy system, I have plenty toons with many serazans but all have 15-70lvl
also free event npc gifts can be take again, with one old bug I done it, but since it's fixed I'm lookin another way

it's possible do lower lv, first way was bug I mentioned before (probably all know it), and second is punishment from GMs :)
I heard that's not all possibilities, so that's why I'm asking.

Well I only know about if you have rogue 3 or whatever is the highest pk status you can delevel and each die you lose -10% exp. but it is working only lv 30+ if I'm right.

You don't delevel with this way, you have just negative xp.
