Casting time ? question

Guys is it possible to put lower casting time as cd with uce cuz i never tried . I know its possible with packet hacking

yes u can we it with uce and probably packets. for uce lets say u wanted to do thunderstorm with no cd and castime what u would do is lookup the skill for the values u need to change

( compare 1 352 )
( compare 2 190 )
( compare 3 4000 )
( compare 4 180000 )

change 352 to 0 to cast storms without mana
4000 is your castime
180000 is your cooldown time
so u just change thos values to 0 heres a skillist

another question i want to splash without losing mana
i searched for 43 and setted them to 0 but i still lose mana
for example:
i searched for Splashy Ice and found in adress 04200000-0420FFFF
the cooldown and casting time
now i searched in 04200000-0420FFFF for 43 and found 3 values and setted them to 0
but i still losing mana.

( compare 1 ( plus 43 ( mul skill_level 6)) )

( compare 3 900 )
( compare 4 600 )

u only can use AoE attacks without mana like Storms or Poison Cloud, but with other skills like splashy it wont work

well if its possible with storm its for sure possible for splashy too.
is it possible to make splashy bigger that you splash a bigger area?

1. no its not possbile with splashy, some1 posted the explanation some time ago, but im too tired to search now.
2. u cant make splash area bigger.

is it possible to set the cooldown of using meds to 0?^^
