better make a 100 or 110 pvp server...there is none of those anymore

90 or 100 cap pvp because there are non of them and by PVP i mean FB items w/ 61% stats +5 or 7 at npc etc..

Dont make a server and close this thread , silkroad has 1941326796 random servers already.

i just say my opinion about your pro server

A chinese-only server on the high cap would be probably worth a try - considering the huge amount of private servers out there you may be better off with creating a new kind.

It's not said that it will be a success though :)
