whats the 9 0 0 21 0 0 0 0 stand for?

And in this why are there so many:
IronHelmet=111303 normal?
IronHelmet=111304 ref?
IronHelmet=111305 uni?
IronHelmet=111306 elite?
IronHelmet=111307 Super?
IronHelmet=111308 ???
IronHelmet=111309 ???

idk confused :P lil help would b nice

111000 is the item 9 is the + and 21 is what it adds e.g.

A +9 111000 gives +21x
