+9 Doesn't shine help plzz

hii, i added new weapons to my server, but they dont shine at all even at +9.. can u plzz help me ? :(

Maybe you haven't add an effect? :p go to socket_pct="number" on your client item_proto ( item_proto_dump.xml), and add number of effect.. the most common is 3 (example: socket_pct="3")(the original +9 effect)

it is the same you've to type for armors & weapons :) ...
