Use Exp Ball with while you have Double EXP

If you use exp pot/or if you already have Double EXP from LoveStone or another NPC and you use exp ball,you get the double amount of exp or no?
Exapmle: With an exp ball at lvl 90 you get 12 pct. If you have Double EXP from exp pot/LoveStone/NPC and you use exp ball(at lvl 90 ofcourse :D) you get 24 pct or no?

Thanks,I just wanted to be sure because someone said that you get the double exp from exp ball if you have used exp pot.

Actually In the game currently it will give you an error if you try and use an exp ball then you have double xp stating you are not allowed to use exp ball with double xp.
