Anyone know a good server with low rates around 10x not less than 5x and not higher than 15x

and without free silks or new isro avatar or that new shit !

i want it like old times i prefer cap 100 :)

Try EliteSro or is it ERoad idk but its 100 cap BR files and rates are 15x

That means after 1 Manyang you are Lv. 2 with 48%

how u count 23* , from where u get that no ?

iSRO you get 23 exp from a Manyang when you kill with Lv. 1
