I want to make a private server with ecsro files. Can anyone help?

I have all the files and the client. I wanna know how to make it. Thanks in advanced :D

What I really wnat to know is the Database names.

SR_CHINA_CS etc..
or SRO_CHINA_CS , i can't rememmber but u dont need to change it just use the normal db
